_Band Biography (short):

La No MISA was formed in 1997 in Finsterwalde, East Germany. The four friends — Sebastian Wala (vocals), Rico "Schnegge" Neumann (drums), David Koch (guitar), and Karsten Pätz (bass) — crafted a unique sound influenced by artists and bands such as Miles Davis, Curtis Mayfield, Primus, Motorpsycho, Tortoise and many more. They quickly gained local recognition for their mature, experimental performances. The band disbanded around 2000, with members pursuing various different musical projects. In 2024, they reunited after discovering unfinished early songs. Their comeback, marked by a new EP, blends their original complexity with deeper emotional themes, showcasing their growth and renewed passion.
